What is expected for the Milestone 4:
Defining the Scope of the Fort Scott Project (15%) Maximum two pages, double-spaced review of your part of the Site Management Plan. Maximum one page, double-spaced review of your part of the Site Management Plan. This is a summary of your proposed project, including how it fits with your theme, area, and technology focus. Be sure to include an account of how your project can be integrated into a wider vision for preservation and access to Ft. Scott.

Your Scope of Project should include:
1 a summary of your proposed project, including how it fits with your theme, area, and technology focus.
2 what are the elements that you plan to include in your project: photos, interviews, archive documents, video clips
3 an account of how your project can be integrated into a wider vision for preservation and access to Ft. Scott.
4 After consultation with A) your Theme B) your Area teams, write also about how your theme and area teams plan to synthesize yours and your team-mates’ documentation.
5 On a separate sheet you will need to show us some kind of a log of your field recording.

REMEMBER: at this point we are looking for you to be practical and think about feasibility – especially in point (2). Try to distinguish in your two pages what is likely that you CAN achieve, and what – with lots of time and resources – you would dream of achieving at some point in the future.

How to hand in Milestone 4:
Please post your document to the discussion board on bspace and include the text in the body of the message by June 13. There is an example of this posted.
